of は「～の」という意味で広く使われる前置詞です。
通常は「A of B」なら「B の A」と、後ろの単語から訳します。ただし「a cup of coffee」など、数量や単位を表す場合は「コーヒー1杯」のように「の」を入れずに訳すか、「1杯のコーヒー」のように of の前の単語から訳すことになります。
さらに文によっては「～について」「～を」「～の中で」など、訳し方を臨機応変に変えていきましょう。
