all は「全～、全ての～」という意味の形容詞です。数えられる名詞にも、数えられない名詞にも使います。
all のあとに the、this、those、my、his などをつけて「all my books(全ての私の本)」のように使うこともよくあります。
He spent all the money.
彼はそのお金を全部使った。
She remained single all her life.
彼女は一生、独身だった。
He was sick in bed all day yesterday.
彼は昨日、一日中病気で寝ていた。
All the other guests at the party were strangers to me.
